It is easy to determine if a Loan Modification company or so called Short Sale company is ok to deal with.  IF they ask you for money up front then , quite simply, it is a Scam.  We , here in Florida, have a law against collection monies up front for services of this nature.  So, if anyone offers to negotiate a loan modification or Short Sale and they ask for money up front then let me know and I will help you report then to the appropriate authority.  We will NEVER ask you for money up front.  We are paid by your lender to help you.  So using Frontline Florida Realty for your Short Sale has no risk of up front payment being asked for.  Use us with confidence.  Bye for now
