Hello Alan,

You were recommended to us by our friends and past clients of yours – Mark and Jackie Owen of BC, Canada.

We have been living in BC for the last 7 years having emigrated from Wales and spend as much time as we can during our winters in Florida. We have regularly discussed purchasing a second home in Florida but for various reasons never really felt in a position to do so. We have recently reviewed our situation though and feel that a number of factors are now in place that make it possible. These include over $300,000 equity in our current property, the exchange rate between the US/CDN $, the falling house prices in the US along with a number of other items. It would seem to be the perfect time to realize our dream.

We have discussed various options for the future. Moving to the US immediately, buying now and renting out for a few years then moving, renting out long term and doing the snowbird option, etc etc.

What we really need is to sit down with someone we can trust who can talk us through the various options – which is where you hopefully come in. We have already planned our next vacation (our Canadian summer has failed to arrive yet!) and will be in Florida between 11^th and 25^th of July, staying in the Solana sub division on HWY 27. Would it be too much of an imposition on your time to request a meeting with you while we are there? (Lunch on us!) We are not ready to actually start any purchasing processes yet, but can be back in Florida in early August ready to proceed if we can formulate the right plan of action.

We’ve spent many hours on your excellent website and feel much more informed about the various options, but would love to meet up and discuss things in detail. We hope you can spare the time. Please let us know if we can supply you with any information prior to any meeting.

We had such a GREAT time in Florida! The house on 2924 Alamanda Loop was in immaculate condition! We felt right at home the entire week!! The girls especially loved being able to swim after long days at the Disney parks. I loved being able to do laundry throughout the week!!!

You were a big help throughout the course of booking the property! Thank you so much for your honesty, your promptness in replying to my many emails, and the directions that you provided at the last minute for us to drive down to Florida.

We are VERY pleased with how everything went and will DEFINITELY keep your telephone number and contact information for the future!! We made sure to sign the guest book too and included some kind words about your assistance throughout the transaction!!

I washed all the towels and put them away, ran the vacuum, and cleaned the kitchen and bathroom countertops. I didn't wash the bed linens though (since we left at 6:00 in the morning on Saturday).

We rented your home at 2620 Star Lake View Drive this past November and had the best Disney vacation we ever had. We are thinking about coming to Florida again 01/17/04 through 01/24/04 and again 10/30/04 through 11/06/04. I just wanted to thank you very much for everything. The villa was great...

I don't think I'd ever go to a hotel in Orlando again!! I'll be sure to

pass along your web site to other families I know who do the "Disney trip"

each year. I'm sure they would appreciate it as much as we did. It was

very convenient to everything... supermarkets, shopping, Disney, etc.

Our friends also loved the villa - especially for their baby. It was nice

not having to go out to dinner every night after a long day in the parks.

It gave the kids a chance to just unwind.

How much does a 4-bedroom, 3-bath villa go for - approximate figure (with

enclosed pool & Jacuzzi)? We actually talked about investing in a property

like that but didn't have time during our vacation to investigate it more

seriously. Hmmm... sounds like a good excuse for a trip without the kids!!

Thanks again! We had a great vacation, although we were hoping for warmer

weather. Thank goodness the pool was heated. The kids even used it on a

couple of the chilly days!
