Homes are selling as quickly as they did in the boom

Strong demand and still limited supply means homes are now selling nearly three times as fast as they normally would, writes CNBC. Average time on the market for homes in April was 46 days, a strong drop from 62 days in March and a steep drop from the normal pace of 90-120 days.
