Formosa Gardens, Kissimmee, is an exclusive, upscale, single family home community, located just a short drive (3 miles) from Walt Disney World®. 

The community is maintained to the highest of standards, with wide palm tree lined roads and a spectacular lake, visible from most of the homes within the community. 

Formosa Gardens features over-sized 4, 5, 6 and 7 bedroom homes, all with private pool and are situated on extra-large lots. Properties range from 3,000 sq. ft. to over 10,000 sq. ft. 

Formosa Gardens does not have a community pool or club house and is reflected in the annual resort fees.
