Legacy Park

Legacy Park is located in Davenport on Highway 27 near the 192 junction, and is situated just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World® and is conveniently centrally located to all the major theme parks, shops, restaurants and championship golf courses. 

The community of Legacy Park comprises of 7 smaller subdivisions or ‘Villages’, named:

• The Estates at Legacy Park
• The Retreat at Legacy Park
• The Commons at Legacy Park
• The Towns at Legacy Park
• The Center at Legacy Park
• The Groves at Legacy Park
• Highgate Park at Legacy Park

Each Village was built buy a specific builder, meaning that each village looks different and offers unique homes and floor plans. Currently, only 3 Villages within Legacy Park allow for short term rentals, they are: The Retreat, The Estates and High Gate. High Gate Park is the only gated community. Legacy Park does not offer community amenities.
