Do you know what a short sale is. THere are many in Florida at the moment. It is the sale of a home when the proceeds of the sale are not enough to cover the outstanding balance on the loan. Imagine the savings that you can get. Why pay the full price when you can get the home for less. Sometimes considerably less. ASk me about this process. alan@FrontlineFloridaRealty.com
